share program information and ask other owners questions. Sign
up for this list. The Usenet newsgroup "sci.astro.amateur" is also a good
resource for general questions about astronomy and observing.

From time to time we may make changes or add new features to Starry Night Backyard in the form of updates. These changes might not be reflected in the printed or .pdf manual you have. The latest version of the Backyard User's Guide can be downloaded here.

Choose "Go->Companion Book" from the Starry Night menu. There is an entry in
this menu for each chapter in the Companion book, which lists the files for
that chapter. Just click on the file you are interested in, and Starry Night
will open this file.
